Nam Vo
CEO

Before joining the UniteOR Board of Directors in March 2016 and later becoming CEO in October
of 2016, Nam has served in a number of Executive/Management roles in the areas of healthcare strategy and M&A with companies such as IBM, TECSYS, Cardinal Health, Lawson, and most recently Oracle. He currently serves with Patina Solutions' Mentor Bank to guide and mentor C-level executives. Nam also specializes in HCIT and healthcare services investment analysis for VC and PE firms, product strategy, operational leadership, go-to-market strategies and channel/distribution development.

Sohaib Kureshi, MD
Co-Founder & CMIO

Dr. Kureshi is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has been practicing in San Diego since 2000 and is one of the the co-founders of UniteOR. He is the president of a six member Neurosurgical group that practices throughout the entire county of San Diego. He serves as a board member for Neptunic Technologies Inc, a niche protective textile company, and is an advisor to several small start-ups.

Davi Schmidt
VP, Product Marketing

With a background in PR and Marketing, Davi Schmidt joined UniteOR in 2014. She currently leads product strategy and product management combined with classical marketing approaches. Her knowledge extends across development of product marketing strategies and execution of plans to generate demand and client acquisition resulting in market adoption and revenue growth.

Laura Finney
Director, Finance

Laura Finney is an experienced finance executive with over 25 years of work in operations finance in
large high tech manufacturing, fast paced startups, and mission focused non-profits. Laura worked in
finance operations and M&A at Intel Corp. for 20 years, followed by over seven years as an
independent fractional CFO working with small companies and non-profits in the Portland area.

Shreya Chakravarthy
VP, Product Management

Shreya Chakravarthy has a MS in CS from PSU with over 7 years of experience as a development leader at Intel. Shreya is an experienced scrum master, engineer and analyst.

Brian McGuire
Co-Founder & Chairman

As the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for UniteOR, as well as the founder of Shoreline
Surgical LLC, a medical device distributorship, Brian has extensive knowledge in the medical
device industry. With more than 15 years of experience in the medical field, he is adept at
identifying market defects, and coming up with creative solutions.

Luis Machuca
Director

Luis Machuca joined the UniteOR board with an Executive background at Intel, Executive Vice President at NEC Computer Services, President at eFusion and his current role, as founder and CEO of Enli. He serves on the board of directors of Cambia Health System and Umpqua Bank.

Joe Boyle
Director

As a member of the UniteOR Board since 2014, Joe Boyle has served Columbia Sportswear in a variety of capacities increasing leadership and responsibility, including brand management, sales, planning, GMM of Outerwear, Accessories, Equipment, Collegiate and Licensing, Vice President of Apparel Merchandising, and was then named Senior Vice President of Columbia Brand Merchandising & Design in May 2015. He is also a fourth generation member of Columbia’s founding Boyle family.

Russell Danielson
Industry Advisor

Russ Danielson served as senior vice-president and chief executive for Providence Health, the largest health system in Oregon, from March of 2001 until his retirement in July of 2010. Russ has served on a number of boards, including Transition Projects, where he was the Board Chair, University of Portland Board of Regents, and the American Red Cross Oregon Chapter Advisory Board. Currently, Russ serves as an independent health care consultant with health care systems on the west coast.

Brian McCardel, MD
Industry Advisor

Dr. McCardel is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon in private practice in East Lansing, Michigan. He has been the Chief of Orthopedics at Sparrow Health System (SHS) for 16 years and is past Surgery Chairman, as well as founding Chair of the local Clinically Integrated Network, SCN. In addition to being a member of the UniteOR Board of Directors, he has been on Technical Expert Panels for the Joint Commission, CMS, and US News and World Report.

Cory Nestman
Industry Advisor

Cory S. Nestman is currently the Assistant Vice President of Central Sterile Processing at Hospital
for Special Surgery in New York City, an orthopedic specialty hospital ranked number “one in the
nation” by US World and News Reports. Prior to coming to work for HSS, Cory was a senior
professional consultant, Vice President and partner at SterilTek, Inc. Cory has over 30 years of
experience in healthcare sterile processing and supply distribution, which includes technical training, staff development and CS management. She has published in her field and presented at educational programs sponsored by multiple professional organizations.

Vik Anantha
Technology Advisor

Vik Anantha is a healthcare IT Product Executive at Kryptiq, Portico Systems, McKesson, and Edifecs building Value Based Care and Population Health solutions.
